알바니(Albany) / 컨스털레이션 드라이브(Constellation Drive) 인근에서 주 2~3일, 낮 시간 동안 사용할 수 있는 책상 공간(2자리)을 구하고 있습니다.
부부가 함께 재택근무를 하는데, 10월부터 아이가 알바니 학교에 다니게 되어 학교 시간 동안 근처에서 일할 공간이 필요합니다. 코워킹 스페이스는 비용 부담이 커서, 낮 시간에 비어 있는 사무실이나 학원 공간을 함께 쓸 수 있으면 좋겠습니다.
특히 학원의 경우 수업이 대부분 방과 후에 있으니, 낮 시간대에 비어 있는 교실이나 사무실이 있으시면 서로에게 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
필요한 것
· 책상 2자리
· 안정적인 인터넷
· 난방
· (가능하다면) 모니터 3~4대 연결 가능하면 더욱 좋습니다
이용 시간: 주 2~3일, 오전 8시 30분 ~ 오후 3시, 학교 방학때는 불필요
예산: 주당 $75~85 (두 명 기준, 조율 가능)
시작 시기: 10월경
조용히 노트북으로 업무하며, 소음이나 방해 없이 사용합니다.

Desk space wanted — Albany / Constellation Drive, 2–3 days a week
Hi everyone — posting on behalf of friends. They're a couple who both work from home, and from October their son starts school in Albany 5 days a week. Rather than driving back and forth all day, they're looking for a desk space near Albany/Constellation Drive to use during school hours.
Ideally somewhere that sits empty during the day — an office with spare desks, or a tutoring centre that only runs classes after school.
What they need: 2 desks, reliable internet, heating, and ideally room for 3–4 monitors.
When: 2–3 days a week, 8:30am–3pm, starting around October.
Budget: $75–85 per week for both (negotiable).
They work quietly on laptops — no meetings or noise.
