This track connects Atiwhakatu Valley with the alpine tops near Mt Holsworth. It is a more challenging track than the main track to Mt Holdsworth via Powell Hut.
Enjoy splendid lake views through native bush with the option to branch off the track and head down to Lake Ōkataina at several bays.
