This walk follows a branch of the tramline through the bush to the North South track, and returns along a separate tramline branch back to the road.
This walk takes you out onto coastal dunes then back through the bush to your starting point.

A short walk from Hahei beach or the end of Pa Road. The track leads into Te Pare Point Historic Reserve where you can visit the remains of two pā sites.
